Logitech Setpoint Info

🚧This was written when Logitech's SetPoint software was first released with the ?mx518? era, Something didnt feel right immediately with the mice using it... this is why🚧

If you use a newer logitech mouse that uses setpoint, I highly recommend you change the setting under Speed and Acceleration from OS Implementation to SetPoint Implementation and adjust your speed accordingly. This may only work for some people but over the years of discussion most agree SetPoint implementation is more consistent.

Also the following

• Disable Game Detection
• Disable Mouse Acceleration
• Keep A High DPI Setting
• Pointer Acceleration set to NONE
• Disable Pointer Trails

*NOTE* 1000hz on an AMD Phenom x4 965 I can pull 8% CPU usage with my mouse. Assuming modern CPU's can handle any refresh rate is a myth, test for yourself, lag spiking during a firefight is not a good idea.
