Disabling A handful of services in your system will free up resources, remove extra running processes, and alleviate excess CPU usage.
Now there is way to much information to post here so I'll present two options for you. Either with Game Booster which is a quick fix that you have to turn on and off manually with a desktop icon or Thoroughly selecting which services you wish to disable with full explanations of each and ready-to-download presets from Black Viper
Alternately I have generated a Windows 7 64bit "TWEAKED" Services registry file that uses Black Vipers tweaked service configuration so I don't have to select each service one by one and do it manually. You can preview all the code below or Download The Registry File instead.
